Job Title: Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at ExamWorks UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the depot in planning driver routes and allocating paperwork to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve claims and transport-related issues.
  • Provide advice and support to the claims and transport office regarding vehicle enquiries.
  • Update computer and paper-based systems to ensure accurate records of hire vehicles, recovery vehicles, and salvage.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure recording systems remain up-to-date.
  • Manage hire vehicle damages in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure fleet schedules are maintained and de-fleeting vehicles are made available to the De-fleet Team as required.
  • Review cross-hire usage to minimize downtime.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with computer-based systems, including MS Office applications.
  • Good administration and communication skills.
