Join Our Team as a Quality Auditor Operative

AWE is currently seeking a Quality Auditor Operative to join our team. As a Quality Auditor Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and conformity of our products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet the required standards. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and improve inspection instructions, reports, and other documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure quality and conformity
  • Develop and improve inspection instructions, reports, and other documentation
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure products meet the required standards
  • Identify and report any quality issues or defects
  • Contribute to the development and validation of quality processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to develop solutions to issues in a unique manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standards
  • Ability to generate and improve upon inspection instructions, reports, and other documentation
  • Proficient in technical role requirements
  • Understanding of Basic Quality Tools and World Class Manufacturing
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate, competent in using the Microsoft Office range of software
