Position Title:
Lead for Identity and Access Management Platforms

Overview:
We are collaborating with a prestigious educational institution to find a seasoned Platform Owner for their Identity and Access Management Platform. This position presents a significant opportunity to influence future strategies, develop roadmaps, and oversee the execution of initiatives within a dynamic and agile framework.

Compensation:
Up to £85,000 annually (based on experience)

Employment Type:
Permanent

Location:
Central London (minimum on-site presence required twice weekly)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and cultivate the Identity Platform team, establishing innovative practices and engaging with senior stakeholders.
2. Shape and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.
3. Collaborate with architects, other platform teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrated delivery.
4. Drive the development and enhancement of the capabilities of the Identity Platform.
5. Facilitate team collaboration and effectively manage competing priorities.

Required Experience:
1. Proven track record in building and nurturing a high-performing IAM team.
2. Demonstrated success in guiding teams to achieve sustainable outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement.
3. Previous experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure Entra ID within large-scale, complex organizational structures.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
5. Capacity to quickly understand new concepts and lead a technical team, even without daily hands-on involvement.
6. Expertise in fostering team collaboration and knowledge of both delivery and service management.
