Visual Arts Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art and Design Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Art and Design Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creativity and confidence of our students, delivering lessons that foster their artistic talents while encouraging their personal growth.

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging Art and Design lessons tailored to students of all abilities, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assessment and Feedback: Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress and development.
• Classroom Management: Ensure the classroom is a supportive and inclusive environment where creativity and expression are encouraged, and students are motivated to reach their full potential.
• Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with colleagues in developing the curriculum and enhancing teaching practices, contributing to the ongoing development of the art and design program.

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Art and Design.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching art at secondary level, with a proven track record of planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
• Skills: Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students, and a passion for promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
