We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Lettings Consultant to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited in Norwich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor and undertake referrals for our legal services

Requirements:

  • 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence with your own car

What We Offer:

  • Competitive OTE £27,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Every other Saturday
