- Monday to Friday 9am – 3:30PM (30 mins lunch break)

Reporting to: Senior Sheltered Housing Manager
As a Sheltered Housing Manager, you will be tasked with delivering a high-quality front-line service, ensuring effective housing management for tenants within our sheltered housing framework.
Your role will involve achieving excellent performance outcomes that align with the strategic goals of the organization, fostering a culture of tenant engagement, and ensuring your presence is felt within the communities you serve.
You will provide responsive and engaging services, offering tailored solutions for tenants, and actively participating in community activities.
By adopting a solution-focused approach, you will inspire the development of personal objectives that enhance independence, well-being, and community involvement for our tenants.
Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the safety and security of the premises, responding effectively to emergencies.
With a strong customer focus and a proactive attitude, you will ensure that the experience of our services remains positive for all customers.
Collaboration with partner agencies will be essential to achieve optimal outcomes for both the organization and its tenants.
The ideal candidate will work alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating an approachable and solution-oriented demeanor while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering effective customer-focused housing management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong organizational, facilitation, and communication abilities.
- High levels of ICT proficiency, capable of presenting complex information clearly to various audiences.
This position requires membership in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme, necessitating a PVG check, with the associated fee covered by the organization.
