About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all HSE processes and drive continual improvement across the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the HSE team and other Senior RPS Business Managers to ensure compliance with all HSE related policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE matters, including training and awareness programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone with:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety or working towards.
  • P400 Asbestos Qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum NEBOSH Certificate accompanied by relevant experience.
  • Membership of relevant professional body e.g. IOSH, IIRSM etc.
