About the Role

We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join our forward-thinking Family Safeguarding Teams.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex cases, leading multi-agency collaboration, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of social work services to children and families
  • Lead multi-agency teams to address complex cases and develop effective solutions
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve social work practice

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social work, preferably in a children's services setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
