Job Title: Delivery Courier

Job Summary:

GORGEMEAD LIMITED is seeking a skilled Delivery Courier to join our team. As a Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for delivering prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes. You will provide a high standard of customer service, portray a friendly professional image, and act as an ambassador for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Portray a friendly professional image
  • Act as an ambassador for our company
  • Work under pressure to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner
  • Ensure that prescription items are delivered in line with our regulated procedures
  • Plan and print daily routes in branch before setting off
  • Assist with PR exercises to increase business
  • Use your own vehicle for this role, and ensure that your personal insurance policy allows for business use

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills to plan and print daily routes
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail to ensure that prescription items are delivered in line with our regulated procedures
  • Ability to provide a high standard of customer service
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
