This role is designed for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organization skills, who excels at streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire production lifecycle for Style 2 Avatars, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, technical partners and Art Managers, to clearly define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage communications and ensure seamless workflow between internal teams and external partners, maintaining alignment with project objectives and milestones.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, devising effective solutions to mitigate project risks.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, exchange updates, and collect feedback from all stakeholders involved.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders, showcasing project status and outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the creative and technical processes involved in digital avatar production.
- Proficiency in using project management software, google sheets/docs and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production role within the gaming or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
