As a Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients enhance their marketing effectiveness by analyzing their marketing functions, identifying opportunities for optimization, and developing actionable plans to improve performance across various marketing areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and keeping projects on track. Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Interviews & Stakeholder Engagement: Support/lead interviews with key client stakeholders to gather critical information, assess current marketing practices, and identify pain points.
* Workshops & Facilitation: Design and support facilitation of workshops to align client teams on key marketing operating model improvements. Support collaborative sessions to help clients brainstorm solutions, prioritize strategies, and define actionable next steps.
* Business Development: Assist with building pipeline, proposals, and pitches.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects both internal and external.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience in project management or marketing consulting is a plus
