Compensation
Salary is fully negotiable based on experience.
Overtime is compensated at a rate of 1.25%.
A company van will be provided for business purposes.

Working Hours
- 42 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.

Training and Development
We provide ongoing support and development for all employees. As a technician, you will receive OEM Manufacturer training from various manufacturers. Additionally, you will undergo both in-house and external training courses for all our products and services related to the Flex-E-Rent Fleet. As a technician within Enterprise, you can advance to Master Technician through our structured 5-stage Technician progression map, benefiting from the rewards associated with this achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to breakdowns as required.
Qualifications
- Full UK/EU Driving Licence.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Aged 21 or above for insurance purposes.
