Job Opportunity: Bid and Marketing Co-ordinator for a Regional Building Contractor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for preparing bespoke quality submission responses for each tender, and working closely with our clients to deliver successful marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare high-quality tender submissions, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our clients' businesses
* Collaborate with our clients to deliver successful marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range of £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience

**Requirements**

* Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator or similar software

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
