You will have a busy and thriving workshop to manage on a daily basis, overseeing Technicians. This position is responsible for all aspects of workshop daily management, from issuing work to technicians, tooling & equipment, and Health & Safety.
The successful candidate for our Workshop Manager position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
We expect our new Workshop Manager to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Quality awareness.
- Full driving license.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the workshop team.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and that quality control procedures are in place.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a workshop management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
