Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee a variety of ICT Infrastructure and Smart Technology initiatives across the UK and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator within our EU Operations Team, you will:

  • Lead site teams to successfully execute multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Oversee the operational project team to ensure adherence to program, budget, safety, and quality standards.
  • Be prepared to travel as project locations may vary across EMEA.
  • Exhibit strong leadership in Health and Safety compliance throughout all project activities.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints and agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and costs, including handling reimbursements for contract variations.
  • Establish and continuously review project programs in collaboration with clients.
  • Deliver projects in accordance with established business processes to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Conduct regular assessments of drawings and document control on-site to ensure the use of the correct versions.
  • Take full responsibility for all equipment and materials procured by the company, ensuring proper tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide clear leadership to the project delivery team, setting objectives, responsibilities, and accountabilities while managing performance.
  • Directly manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of all project components according to provided designs.
  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager to provide current project status updates, including any risks and dependencies.
  • Work alongside the operational team to compile all post-project documentation in line with client requirements.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid CSCS/ECS health & safety card.
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Clearance (desirable).
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ICT Infrastructure and Smart technologies.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications and experience, along with familiarity with Microsoft Projects, are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator on projects valued up to £1 million.

  • Effective listening and communication skills to manage and convey technical project objectives clearly.
