Role Summary

We are in search of a driven and seasoned Mobile Estate Planning Consultant to become a part of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients at their residences or other suitable venues to deliver expert estate management guidance.
  • Achieve sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Conduct client consultations to comprehend their estate management requirements and goals.
  • Draft wills, trusts, and other estate management documentation.
  • Provide expert insights on estate management strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of estate management laws and best practices.
  • Manage your schedule and travel to various client locations as necessary.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven history in sales, with the capability to meet and surpass targets.
  • Prior experience in estate management, including will preparation and working with sensitive clientele.
  • Strong understanding of estate management laws and regulations.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage a flexible schedule.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
