Air Conditioning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at a leading HVAC company in the M3/M4 South area. Our client offers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a range of HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs, and Cold Rooms.
- Work with a proven track record of servicing, fault finding, and repairing air conditioning systems.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced HVAC engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (not essential).
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
- Full driving license.
- Experience with service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair.
- Live in the M3/M4 region (Portsmouth, Southampton, Reading, Guildford, etc).
- Company van with optional personal use.
- Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - up to £3,600 tax-free.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x for a 40-hour working week, travel paid after 30 minutes each way.
- On-call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed - if called out, travel paid door-to-door).
- Pension.
- 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays.
- Company uniform, phone, and PDA.
