Job Summary:

EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join their team in London. As a Senior/Associate Fund Monitoring Surveyor, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing various funds, ensuring their performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze fund performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment managers, risk managers, and compliance officers, to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fund managers, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to inform fund monitoring and optimization strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fund monitoring and analysis, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
