Accounts Payable Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Project Manager to lead our AP process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AP operations, project management, and process re-engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for AP initiatives, including process re-engineering, system implementations, and data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement and maintain robust project management methodologies and tools.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Extensive years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Proven project management experience, including successful delivery of complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and Accounts Payable automation tools is a plus.
This is a day rate opportunity between £300-£350 per day.
