About the Role:
This is a brand new Marketing and Insights role for AF Selection, where you will work closely with our commercial team to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels, including social media, email, and events.
- Work closely with the commercial team to understand business objectives and develop marketing strategies that align with those goals.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, including content creation and updates.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers and promote the company's brand.
- Monitor and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to the commercial team and senior management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of both creative and analytical marketing.
- Education to degree level or similar.
- Digital marketing, social media, and creative experience, as well as an understanding of analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders.
- Experience with Wordpress and Canva, as well as strong MS office skills.
- A full driving license for business travel.
