About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Be Caring. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and goals
- Provide personal care that respects and promotes dignity
- Promote independence and enable individuals to make their own choices
- Deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of each individual
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals to ensure seamless care
- Connect individuals with their communities and access local support services
Induction Training
We offer comprehensive induction training to ensure our Caregivers have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their role. This includes training on:
- Be Caring values and principles
- Dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity
- Confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Fluids and nutrition, safe administration of medication, and moving and positioning
- Infection prevention and control, health and safety, and learning disabilities

Requirements
