Job Summary

Shorterm Group is seeking a highly skilled Bus Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Bus Engineer, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical repair, preventative maintenance, and modification of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic analysis to identify and repair vehicle issues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve workshop objectives and improve employee relations
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Working Hours

Rotating shift pattern: Earlies - 6am - 2:00pm, Lates - 2pm - 10:00pm
