We are seeking an experienced Thai Chef to join our team at the Crazy Bear Beaconsfield, a unique boutique hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield. Our award-winning Thai restaurant is renowned for its modern Asian cuisine, and we are looking for a skilled professional to help us deliver exceptional dishes to our guests.

About the Role

As a Thai Chef, you will be responsible for working closely with our Head Chef to deliver the highest standard of service and food. You will ensure that the kitchen team is legally compliant, meeting the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of organisation and prep levels appropriate to service, as well as following recipe and presentation requirements with outstanding knowledge of our ingredients and menu specifications.

Requirements
  • 2 years or more relevant experience in a similar position of at least equivalent status to a Chef position
  • Self-motivated professionals with excellent attention to detail
  • Real passion for cooking seasonal ingredients and exceptional Asian cuisine
  • Ability to work under intense pressure
