Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff to meet production targets and ensure the final product meets client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and meet client specifications
  • Ensure effective use of onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety, and quality regulations
  • Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
  • Monitor, control, and minimize waste
  • Play an active part in continuous improvement
  • Participate in the company's appraisal system and drive own personal development through training and work-based experience

Requirements

  • Ability to consistently reach and exceed targets on several lines throughout the Copack Operation
  • Ability to communicate effectively to the Copack Supervisor on issues relating to the task
  • Ability to work unsupervised
