  • Database Management: Process donations, manage supporter records, and ensure accurate data entry and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Fundraising Administration: Assist with fundraising administration, including Gift Aid processing and data management, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fundraising and other teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve fundraising goals.

About You:

  • Experience: Experience in supporter care, customer service, or similar roles, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly Rate: £14.50
  • Contract: Temporary, approximately 3 months
