Job Description

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to client sites)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and estate agents to undertake appraisals and advise on refurbishment works.
  • Liaise with contractors regarding day-to-day maintenance and any reactive works.
  • Ensure all properties are compliant with EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential property management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
