Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness Coordinator to enhance cyber awareness and provide training to both technical and non-technical personnel regarding the significance of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and disseminates PCRM policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring that security principles are recognized and implemented throughout the organization.
- Oversees the adherence to guidelines and standards by offering expert advice and intervention programs to identify and communicate security risks effectively.
- Encourages innovative ideas to create engaging and impactful events and programs.
- Identifies avenues for PCRM to seamlessly integrate into organizational processes.
- Acts as the primary advocate for all safety culture initiatives within the People and Relationships sector.
- Serves as a role model within the safety team to foster cultural transformation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in the safety culture of financial services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience in planning and supporting PCRM initiatives.
- Involvement in developing a PCRM strategy that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity with technical tools and methodologies related to cultural delivery across the organization, including coaching for board members and non-executive directors.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating cultural change within organizations.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with IT, change operations, and business units to understand their needs and deliver accordingly.
- Experience in defining metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of safety culture initiatives.
- Skills to identify and address cultural barriers that may hinder the success of a safety culture.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile methodologies.
