We are seeking a skilled and proactive Onsite Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for completing onsite visits, carrying out inspections, services and repairs to equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing onsite visits to inspect, service and repair equipment
- Building relationships with customers, including providing technical advice
- Inputting hire and service information onto internal database
- Providing technical support over the phone and on site
- Maintaining the onsite vehicle in good working order
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a workshop environment
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Flexibility with working hours, including overnight stays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
