We are actively seeking to appoint a Credit Controller who will oversee a segment of the sales ledger, fostering and encouraging prompt customer payments while acquiring invaluable experience across various sectors of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, your duties will include reaching out to clients regarding overdue payments and coordinating with branches concerning order releases. You will manage all inquiries related to your section of the ledger, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.

Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in credit control, preferably in a B2B setting
- Excellent customer service abilities and a confident telephone demeanor
- A composed problem solver who recognizes the significance of the credit function in the successful operation of the organization
