Vetro Recruitment is looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers to become part of our Residential Service dedicated to Adults with Learning Disabilities. This position involves assisting individuals with diverse needs and facilitating their participation in a range of engaging activities.

• Annual Salary: £26,477 - £26,926
• Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly plus 1 sleep-in shift
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Work Location: Blaenau Gwent Area

• Encourage independence and empower service users in decision-making
• Ensure the safety of individuals while adhering to care plans
• Accompany individuals into the community

• Must possess a resilient and empathetic demeanor
• A valid driver's license is required
• Comfortable with personal care responsibilities
