Senior Project Manager

StarFish Medical is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multi-million-dollar project developing a revolutionary product for patient care. As a key member of our award-winning development team, you will be responsible for navigating complex challenges and ensuring the success of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a risk management-centric approach to identify and mitigate threats and opportunities.
  • Strategically manage customer expectations, separating needs from wants and presenting trade-off evaluations.
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers and project engineers.
  • Oversee and direct the work of project managers and junior project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures, and product requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience managing similar projects in a regulated industry.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in a consulting environment is desired.
  • PMP certification is not required, but we will consider experienced candidates with the qualifications.
