Our founders have achieved chart-topping success in both music and gaming, and we're now seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Mobile Game Designer to join our team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned game designer with a deep understanding of player behavior, game design, monetization strategies, and music theory. As a Senior Mobile Game Designer, you'll be responsible for designing engaging gameplay, game flow, new features, and monetization strategies that align with the game's overall design and provide players with a rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design new features and document them in detail to implement, while pushing the quality bar and fun-factor of the game.
- Develop game economy models balanced with difficulty and scoring.
- Utilize data analytics to understand player behavior and preferences, identifying opportunities for improving monetization and engagement.
- Design intuitive UI/UX elements that are easy to understand and navigate.
- Collaborate with the CTO, art director, artists, Unity developers, and other game designers to ensure seamless integration of gameplay and monetization features.
- Mentor and guide junior game designers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
- At least 4 years of experience in game design, monetization, or a related field in the mobile gaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and ability to interpret player data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, managing multiple stakeholders and balancing creative and business needs.
- Proficiency in analytics and A/B testing tools, such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or GameAnalytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to solve complex artistic and technical challenges, and optimize assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
