Contracts Manager

A highly skilled Contracts Manager is required to oversee the aftercare and recladding works on several completed high rise projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade / cladding packages with a large main contractor or specialist subcontractor and experience working within a 'live environment'. They will be responsible for ensuring a smooth construction process, managing site labour and sub-contractors, and minimizing potential programme delays.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to work across multiple sites, and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. They will also possess relevant qualifications and tickets, including CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.

This is a temporary role for a minimum of 6 months with a view to potentially going permanent. The successful candidate will be working for Randstad Construction and Property, a leading provider of construction and property services.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong background in facade / cladding packages
  • Experience working within a 'live environment'
