Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and engagement across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand's proposition and values.
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns across all channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager and E-commerce Manager to assess the effectiveness of social and digital activity and inform wider business decisions.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to stay up-to-date with market trends and tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a social media management role.
  • Proven track record of building and growing social channels, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta Business, Later, and Canva.
  • Experience of working with influencers and brand collaborations on social channels.
  • Advanced Google Analytics skills.
What We Offer:
  • A basic annual salary of £32k DOE.
  • 25 days holiday per year plus statutory holidays.
  • Eligibility to join the company pension scheme.
  • Free car parking where available.
  • Working hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
