About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing patch within our fastest growing division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular account reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
  • Ensure customers are kept in the loop with new products and services available and that they have a clear understanding of our client's pricing structure
  • Successfully achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Use the Consultative Sales Process to connect with customers, gather requirements, provide insight, recommend products, and close business
  • Offer product support and deliver training to customers
  • Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for upselling additional products that can add value
  • Stay up-to-date with the current market to support customers with challenges and opportunities
  • Maintain a CRM database of customers
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers, internal Account Managers, and Head Office Support teams
Requirements
  • 2+ years minimum experience in a telephone-based Account Manager role
  • Experience of selling a service rather than a tangible product
  • Experience of dealing with complex data
  • Proven experience of overcoming price objections, ideally in an industry where price negotiation is not possible
  • Ability to successfully apply a sales methodology, such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
  • Ability to speak French, Italian, or Spanish is preferable
What We Offer
  • £32,000 - £37,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Achievable, uncapped £7,500 annual OTE
  • OTE is paid monthly and is guaranteed for the first four months on joining
