We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, developing effective working relationships, and providing reports and presentations to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and development of the finance business partner allocated to the business unit.
  • Developing effective working relationships throughout the Business Unit, at all levels and across all areas, to support business objectives.
  • Supporting business leads in the preparation of content for quarterly forecasts and annual business plans.
  • Providing reports, presentations, and insightful ad-hoc analysis to the business, including monthly board packs with periodic attendance and input.
  • Site visits at live projects to build relationships, improve understanding of works, and identify any potential issues.
  • Management of overhead costs, including playing a key role in ensuring the integrity of overhead budgets and forecasts and identifying areas of savings/efficiencies.
  • External audit contact for commercial finance matters and Client cost audit support.
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the finance sector.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
