About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to join our team at the United States Air Force, 48th Civil Engineer Squadron, RAF Lakenheath. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating work assignments, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations, and maintaining a harassment-free work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors.
- Determine the number and types of workers needed for specific projects.
- Establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences.
- Coordinate with supporting or related work functions.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in maintenance management, preferably in the Water, Wastewater, and Fuels sectors. You will need to be proficient in the use and maintenance of hand and power tools, and have experience in planning and managing workforces and projects. You will also need to be flexible and able to work overtime or holidays on short notice.
