Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our fast-track retail and leisure projects, ranging in value from £500K to £5M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Collaborate with the construction director to develop and implement project plans
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail fit-out sector
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong construction knowledge and understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
