Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and other bartending tools.
- Support the bartending teams in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and working efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Develop a genuine passion for food and beverage, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a punctual, reliable, and trustworthy attitude.
- A sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts when required.
