About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Ted Experience. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our revolutionary tobacco alternative and educating adult smokers about its benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail store owners and customers to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Educate and inspire adult smokers about the advantages of switching to our key product.
  • Capture and report consumer data efficiently and accurately.
  • Achieve daily sales targets through proactive engagement and education.
Requirements
  • Must be over 21 years old.
  • Driver's License: If based outside London, a driving license and own car are required.
  • Proven sales experience and customer service skills.
  • Target-Oriented: Experience working within a target-based structure.
  • Personable: Friendly, with a knack for excellent customer service and engaging conversations.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to operate independently and motivate yourself.
  • Relationship Builder: Quickly build and foster relationships with retailers.
  • Diligent: Punctual and precise in timekeeping and data reporting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Own a phone to use our selling app.
  • Passionate: Committed to changing the lives of adult smokers across the UK.
  • Commitment: Opportunity for long-term work (1+ years) with a flexible schedule ideally 5 days per week for 6 hours per day.
What We Offer

  • Uncapped Commission: Boost your earnings with a minimum of £50 extra per day.
