Strategic Planner

Location: Bristol

Salary: £25k-£35k

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Strategic Planner to contribute to our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to formulate and execute strategic planning policies and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on urban development trends, demographic data, and environmental considerations to guide planning decisions.
  • Prepare and evaluate planning applications, development proposals, and environmental assessments in line with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate community engagement efforts, including public consultations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, to collect insights and feedback on planning initiatives.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on planning policy issues, encompassing land use, transportation, housing, and environmental sustainability.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that development projects adhere to planning regulations and best practices.
  • Remain informed about legislative changes, emerging trends, and best practices in urban planning to support informed decision-making and strategy formulation.
