We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our sales team to onboard new clients and set up agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Process new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, and loading and checking assets.
- Collate and verify documentation and associated paperwork to ensure compliance with current legislation and credit approvals.
- Load finance agreements to our ALFA system, with a thorough understanding of each agreement and product.
- Assist with customer calls, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries, ensuring that all requests are processed in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints in accordance with our policy.
- Ensure that all governance and compliance requirements are met, and all reporting and reviewing activities are carried out to the required standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
- Highly numerate with analytical ability, with a strong understanding of financial services and operations.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of similar operational or customer-facing roles.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
