About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our delivery team as a Delivery Team Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed customer expectations in the delivery and installation of their furniture.
  • Construct furniture items on-site or in customer's homes as per our customer contract guidelines, removing waste packaging and returning it to the appropriate waste disposal facility.
  • Ensure first-class customer service is experienced at all times.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed and returned accurately at the end of each journey.
  • Report any discrepancies to the General Manager as soon as they are identified.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills targeted at handling customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Exceptional time management, working to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in assembling flat-pack furniture.
  • Capability of working well under pressure.
  • Proven ability to exhibit great attention to detail.
  • A great team player.
