About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of nominated projects, ensuring each project is completed on time, to the highest quality and within the relevant cost / revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and implement project design & specifications
- Review project specifications
- Attend relevant meetings related to the design and progress of projects
- Ensure all personnel are adhering to our client's policies & procedures
- Ensure all materials, plant and labour is organised accordingly for each project
- Facilitate any project variations
Requirements:
- NVQ level 6 Construction Management
- CSCS Card
- NEBOSH Certificate
- SMSTS
- NRSWA Supervisor
