About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Luxury Stores team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our luxury fashion and beauty brands on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Focus on recruiting, onboarding, launching, and account managing to success for top fashion and beauty brands in the EU5 region.
  • Amazon Consultant & Growth Strategist: Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of large, strategic brands, understanding their business goals, and executing end-to-end onboarding and launch strategies.
  • Customer Advocate: Develop a high bar for the Luxury Stores at Amazon site experience through data quality checks and overseeing brand store merchandising.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cross-functional experience, especially finance, buying, marketing, or supply chain.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus.
  • Prior experience at Amazon in a retail or 3P Seller-facing role.
  • Prior experience at Amazon managing cross-functional projects.
  • Luxury Fashion/Beauty experience is a plus, but not required.
