Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Valuer/Lister, your primary objective will be to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You'll also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
  • Estate Agency Experience: You'll need to have a solid background in estate agency, preferably with experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator.
