We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Wymap Group. As a leading provider of Transport and People Solutions for the Aviation Logistics industry, we are looking for a professional who can lead end-to-end permanent recruitment initiatives within the sector.
About the Role:
- Lead permanent recruitment initiatives within the Aviation Logistics sector, reporting directly to the National Recruitment Manager.
- Proactively source and secure new and existing opportunities throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from selection to candidate support.
- Ensure meticulous upkeep of databases, compliance protocols, and administrative tasks.
- Deliver insightful reporting and data analysis as needed.
- Oversee adherence to legislative and regulatory mandates, company policies, and procedural guidelines to optimize operational efficiencies and service delivery.
- Guarantee meticulous fulfilment of all candidate and employee onboarding processes and compliance obligations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of success in permanent desk recruitment roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building strong relationships.
- 5+ years in a recruitment or human resources position, preferably within the air cargo or transport & logistics industry.
