About the Team:

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking property management company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Assistant to join our Central Services team. As a Senior Property Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property portfolios and working closely with our Assistant Property Managers to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of team goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of property portfolios, including responding to requests from lessees, liaising with contractors and surveyors, and administering minor works processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the property manager teams, including record keeping, diary keeping, correspondence, and processing invoices.
  • Liaise with other colleagues and departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced Assistant Property Managers, including training and mentoring.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of property management strategies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the property sector, preferably in an admin and customer service based role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under sustained pressure.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
