Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JOB SWITCH LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide all housing reception services, including housing and cashiers services, to customers. Assist customers with completion of relevant forms and correspondence, and receive visitors to deal with all housing enquiries.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Be responsible for maintenance follow-up work, including job progression with contractors and prioritizing repair work/inspections in accordance with our adopted policy.
  • IT Systems: Input, maintain, and update all elements of the relevant housing and financial I.T. systems, including receipt, registration, and banding of housing applications, repair requests, and maintenance data entry.
  • Administrative Support: Receive, open, and distribute all mail, log all correspondence on our corporate CRM system, and undertake clerical and administration duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using I.T. systems and have a strong attention to detail.
