Job DescriptionWe are seeking a CRM Executive to support our CRM Manager in building stronger and deeper relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will increase engagement and retention and customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage email and mobile app calendars for our websites, aligning with wider teams to support business objectives.
- Brief, create, segment, schedule, and deliver all email and mobile app notifications.
- Implement ongoing test and learn strategies to continually improve CRM communications.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance.
- Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programs.
- Build relationships with the email service provider to ensure optimal platform utilization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Results-driven and delivery-focused.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve results.
- Numerate and analytical with the ability to provide insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience working with email service providers and data analysis.
- Experience in the retail sector is desirable.
- Strong project management skills.
